Project Overview

Each year, Payshop gifts an agenda to its network agents as a gesture of appreciation. The goal is to strengthen the sense of belonging within the Payshop family during the holiday season. For the 2024 edition, we were tasked with designing both the agenda and its festive packaging, creating a cohesive visual identity that embodies unity and connection.

Concept

We centered the design around the concept Somos Pontos de Ligação / We are points of connection. Payshop’s nationwide network of payment points is a metaphor for the brand’s goal of staying close to its customers and fostering stronger relationships. The phrase was flexible, allowing for variations like:

1. We are meeting points
2. We are family points
3. We are trust points
4. We are payment points
5. We are fun points


These variations were incorporated throughout the agenda and packaging, reinforcing the brand’s values of connection, community, and trust.

Key Visual

The design used interconnected dots to symbolize the individual points in Payshop’s network, visually representing the brand’s unity. This approach reflected the idea that each agent is part of a larger, interconnected system. The visuals adhered to Payshop’s graphic standards while adding a fresh, modern touch that conveyed the sense of family and collective effort.

Results

The final design effectively communicated the message of unity and connection, aligning with Payshop’s values while offering a meaningful and engaging holiday gift. The agenda and packaging not only served as a thoughtful gesture but also became one of the best-selling agenda in Payshop’s history, reinforcing the brand’s core message: We are points of connection.
