Project Overview
This project involved designing a running app that helps users improve their performance while addressing challenges like injuries and motivation. Key features include personalized running plans and gamified challenges.

Research
We conducted a survey with 83 responses and 6 user interviews, revealing:
-> Challenges: Physical injuries and lack of motivation were top concerns.
-> Goals: Runners aim for specific distances and performance improvements.
-> Popular Apps: Nike Run and Strava were most commonly used.
Challenges
Inconsistent Design
The app needed a cohesive, energetic design that resonated with runners’ motivations.
Engagement
We needed to differentiate the app in a saturated market.
Motivation
Overcoming users’ lack of motivation was a primary focus.
Solution
Desirability Testing
We tested different layouts and color schemes, with vibrant yellow and black proving most engaging.
Style Tile
Defined a fresh, energetic visual identity with modern typography, bold colors, and motivational imagery.
Key Features
Personalized plans, progress tracking, and running challenges.

Results
Personalized features and challenges kept users motivated.
Clean layouts ensured ease of use.
Tailored plans addressed specific goals and injuries.
